Dr Jay Seitz is a neuropsychologist specializing in clinical neuropsychology and clinical psychology. He is a candidate for diplomate status in clinical neuropsychology (ABCN/ABPP, American Board of Clinical Neuropsychology of the American Board of Professional Psychology) and licensed for the professional practice of psychology in New York State since 1991. He was formerly on the graduate and doctoral faculties of Adelphi University and the undergraduate faculty at City University of New York.
He is currently writing a book on the cognitive neuroscience of thought and movement or the "bodily basis of thought." He also has a deep interest in the uses and abuses of power and has written on the uses of government propaganda during wartime.
